What is your weather/rain cancellation policy?

There is no penalty or deposit lost for an event cancelled due to rain or high winds as long as the cancellation takes place before we get to your location to set up. If rain or high winds are in the forecast for the day of your event, you may cancel as late as the morning of the event prior to us leaving our warehouse. We usually leave the decision up to you, but in cases of heavy rain or high wind we cannot set up an inflatable.

What kind of deposits and method of payments do you accept?

Deposits: A deposit of half the rental amount is due if you elect not to reserve via MasterCard or Visa. If you leave a credit card to confirm your reservation, nothing is charged and you can choose any form of payment upon delivery. This deposit is refundable as long as the event is cancelled for a valid reason (i.e. weather, family emergency, etc.) prior to our drivers arriving at your location for set up. Methods of Payment: MasterCard, Visa, check, money order/cashier's check, and cash is acceptable for all customers. A company check is also acceptable for businesses, religious organizations & schools.

What kind of space and electrical requirements are there?

Yard Requirements: The surface on which we set up the inflatable must be flat (no more than 8 inches of slope over a distance of 15 feet) and clear of any sharp objects, such as sticks and rocks, as well as pet droppings. There should be no low hanging tree branches or power lines overhead. Driveways (or streets for block parties) are fine, just be sure to let us know ahead of time so we bring sand bags instead of stakes to secure the inflatable. Electrical Requirements: We recommend a grounded outlet on a dedicated 20-amp circuit breaker to run the blower that keeps the inflatable inflated.

What happens if I lose power?

All inflatables designed for commercial or rental use require a fan or blower that runs continuously. Should the blowers provided to you stop working, immediately remove the children playing in or on it. Then check the circuit breaker to see if it has tripped. If so, reset the breaker and continue playing on the inflatables. Should the breaker trip a second time you should try another electrical outlet. If it trips again please call the number provided to you.

Is it Safe to use electricity with inflatables that use water?

It is important that when using inflatables that require water that the electrical outlet be protected by a ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI). This will trip if there is an electrical short. Also, you should insure that any extension cords or electrical cords are not lying in the water.

Can I use a water hose on a any inflatable rental?

There are bouncys designed for use with water and your delivery person will be glad to explain them to you. Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use.
